Welcome to Surity Group and its family of companies, brands, websites, services, programs, and platforms.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, services, memberships, programs, educational materials, events, tools, platforms, applications, communications, and other offerings made available by Surity Group and its affiliated companies and brands.

By accessing or using any Surity Group website, service, platform, or offering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the applicable website, service, or offering.

1. Who These Terms Cover

For purposes of these Terms, "Surity Group," "Surity," "we," "us," and "our" may refer collectively or individually, as applicable, to Surity Group and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, divisions, brands, assumed names, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, employees, contractors, and authorized business partners.

These Terms also apply to any future company, brand, program, platform, service, website, or business operation that is owned, operated, managed, controlled, or made available by or through Surity Group or an affiliated entity, unless a separate agreement or policy specifically states otherwise.

Individual products, memberships, insurance products, financial services, professional services, third-party services, or other offerings may also be subject to separate terms, disclosures, contracts, carrier documents, provider agreements, or privacy notices. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the more specific agreement will govern with respect to that particular offering.

2. Our Role and the Information We Provide

Surity Group brings together companies, professionals, products, services, resources, education, tools, and opportunities designed to help individuals, families, employees, employers, organizations, and communities better understand available options and connect with relevant solutions.

Information provided through our websites, workshops, educational materials, tools, calculators, examples, illustrations, communications, or representatives may be general or educational in nature unless expressly identified otherwise.

Not every product or service is available in every location, to every individual, or through every Surity company or representative.

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any website, feature, product, service, program, membership benefit, offering, or content at any time, subject to applicable agreements and laws.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Any examples, illustrations, case studies, projections, calculations, savings examples, tax examples, income examples, testimonials, or other information provided through Surity Group are for illustrative or informational purposes unless otherwise specifically stated.

Individual circumstances, eligibility, results, savings, benefits, coverage, investment performance, tax consequences, or other outcomes will vary.

We do not guarantee that any particular product, service, strategy, membership, program, or recommendation will produce a specific financial, tax, legal, insurance, health, business, or other result.

Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

4. Educational Content Is Not Individual Advice

Unless you enter into a separate written agreement with an appropriately licensed or qualified professional, information made available through Surity Group should not be considered individualized:

Certain Surity companies, representatives, advisors, providers, or partners may be licensed or qualified to provide specific professional services. Those services will be governed by the applicable engagement, product, provider, advisory, insurance, or other agreement.

5. Third-Party Products, Providers, and Services

Certain products, services, benefits, insurance plans, memberships, legal services, tax services, identity protection services, financial services, wellness products, technology platforms, payment services, or other offerings may be provided by independent third parties.

Surity Group may facilitate access to, introduce you to, market, distribute, administer, support, or provide information regarding third-party offerings. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Surity Group is not the insurer, underwriter, carrier, administrator, manufacturer, legal service provider, tax professional, investment custodian, financial institution, or other third-party provider responsible for that offering.

Third-party offerings may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, applications, underwriting, contracts, disclosures, fees, limitations, exclusions, terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

Your use of a third-party product or service may create a direct relationship between you and that provider.

6. Memberships and Paid Services

Certain Surity Group offerings may require a membership, subscription, enrollment, registration, purchase, or other payment.

Pricing, billing frequency, included benefits, cancellation procedures, eligibility requirements, and other terms may be presented at the time of enrollment or purchase.

By enrolling in a recurring membership or subscription, you authorize the applicable Surity entity or its authorized payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the terms presented during enrollment, until cancellation or termination in accordance with the applicable agreement.

Membership benefits, participating providers, products, services, discounts, and availability may change from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, membership fees do not include the cost of separately purchased products or services.

7. User Accounts and Security

If you create an account or receive access to a Surity Group portal, dashboard, training platform, membership area, or other restricted system, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us promptly of unauthorized use of your account.

You may not:

Share restricted access credentials without authorization.
Access another person's account without permission.
Attempt to bypass security measures.
Use automated systems to improperly access our websites or data.
Interfere with the operation or security of our platforms.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect our users, systems, intellectual property, business operations, or legal rights.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content made available by Surity Group—including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, names, designs, videos, presentations, training materials, documents, downloads, photographs, illustrations, software, tools, workflows, methodologies, educational materials, and website content—is owned by or licensed to Surity Group or the applicable rights holder and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of Surity Group branding is prohibited.

Authorized agents, representatives, partners, members, or affiliates may use approved branding and materials only in accordance with applicable brand standards, agreements, licensing requirements, and company policies.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any Surity Group website, platform, or service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not:

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Submit false or misleading information.
Impersonate Surity Group or one of its representatives.
Use our websites to distribute malware, spam, or harmful code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
Interfere with website functionality.
Harvest information from our websites without authorization.
Use our content or systems in violation of applicable laws.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms will be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's law must apply.
