Unless otherwise specifically stated in a separate written agreement, use of these tools does not create an investment advisory, fiduciary, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advisory relationship.

Recommendations or next steps may include the opportunity to consult with appropriately qualified or licensed professionals when additional expertise is needed.

11. Surity Advisors and Professional Services

Certain professional services may be offered through Surity Advisors or through qualified professionals associated with or available through the Surity ecosystem.

Professional services are provided only by individuals or entities who are appropriately licensed, registered, credentialed, or otherwise authorized to provide those services.

The availability of a professional through Surity Group does not mean that every Surity employee, representative, agent, or brand is authorized to provide the same services.

The specific terms of any professional relationship will be governed by the applicable engagement agreement, advisory agreement, client agreement, product contract, or other applicable documentation.

12. No Professional Relationship Created by Website Use

Simply visiting a Surity Group website, attending a workshop, downloading information, completing a form, using an educational tool, communicating with a representative, or participating in a general presentation does not by itself create:

An attorney-client relationship
An investment advisory relationship
A financial planning relationship
A tax professional-client relationship
A medical provider-patient relationship
An insurance contract
Any other professional relationship requiring a separate agreement, license, authorization, or engagement
